Privacy Policy

Launch list. If you sign up to be notified about our launch, we store your email address.

Account. If you create an account, we store your email address, your name if you provide one, and a securely hashed version of your password. We cannot see your actual password.

Orders. When you buy something, we store what you ordered, the amounts charged, your email address, and the shipping name and address you enter at checkout, so we can fulfill your order and show it in your order history.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never sent to or stored on our systems.

We use your browser's local storage for functional purposes only: your theme preference, the contents of your cart, and your sign-in session. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data. Our security provider (Cloudflare, including the Turnstile anti-bot check) may set operational cookies needed to protect the site.

We send transactional email you cannot opt out of while using the store, such as order confirmations and password resets. We may also send occasional news, like our launch announcement, to the launch list or account holders; every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects transactional email.

We share data only with the services that run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, database, security, and email delivery), and our shipping carriers (name and address, for delivery). We never sell or rent your personal information.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes, and account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time through the contact page; we will respond within 30 days.
