Terms of Service

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes and shipping, when applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you and offer the correct price or a full refund.

We currently ship within the United States to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is correct - we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us and we will do what we can.

If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned or exchanged; defective items will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

You do not need an account to buy, but an account gives you order history and receipts. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

The SadImHappy name, wordmark, garment designs, and site content belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and changes apply to orders placed after they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions go to the contact page.
